I am looking for a new van with shower and toilet.I have always had poptops.has anyone had any experience ,good or bad, with a poptop with ensuite,or should i change to a with a solid van with shower and toillet. rocan
Jayco make their Expander range with shower and dunnie , I think Millard also do one in the poptop. Like anything above 1700 mm in a poptop the upper section can leak , you definitely need an extractor fan to vent the steam and odours . If you want to pay the dollars any of the manufactures will configure the van anyway you want it, right down to hot air hand driers and soap dispensers.
I still prefer the ablution block if in on a park site or outside with a 12volt pump shower and a bucket if in the bush if water isn't a problem.
