just a little update, we watched a program on tassie showing the historical railway that I had prebooked and paid for, we initially chose tourist class because of the $140 difference, after we seen what was on offer for premier class we decided to update

we fired an email with a request for update to the booking site, no response for 3 days, decided to give them a ring on their toll free number, Michael answered, we gave our booking number for the heritage choo choo and he responded with ummm!! THERE IS NO BOOKING IN THAT NAME OR THAT NUMBER, stunned silence from this end whilst I thought about what he said, what about the Gordon river cruise under this booking number, ummmm!!! no

I had a quick vision of my $476 flying out the window, by this stage I had had enough I stated that I have a visa acc. withdrawal number by them, I have booking numbers sent out by them and I have receipt numbers by them, I strongly suggested that he go back through the records and resend my booking verification numbers out before Monday with updated seating to premier if not I will be contacting consumer affairs

I had the verification and all receipts within an hour, very poorly run show of affairs, if you are thinking of doing any of these trips out of strahan, check, check and double check and keep ALL correspondence relevent to the booking, oh!!! and good luck
