ROTFL!!!!!!!

I am often asked where my namey thingy came from, well I am embarrased to say that it is the first part of my email address and not a secret code of some sort!!!

I am not up with all this stuff, this is the only forum I have or will visit, had a look at a couple of others and they are ful of big heads and knowalls

I'm relieved, I thought it was my sense of humour...

Thanks for that tactfull hint Dave..... I know I am a know all.... I just need reminding from time to time.
I think you need some diversity among the characters in a forum though to make it interesting...I asked "streetcar Sue" to join but she is otherwise engaged...

Barossa Pearl, Fiesta, Charmaine, pink and white. Only created really monumentous headaches. Not much joy for the taste buds. My happy hour has waned to soft drinks and tea. I get more out of the people than the grog to be happy.

You can definitely get Dark and Stormy, my fave bevvy. I actually mix my own these days to my liking. The canned muck is too sickly sweet.

Log in names are created by creative, imaginative people. Mine just states the obvious, but I get a kick out of other people's tags.

my one and only foray into drunken revelry with an overworked elbow was schooner glasses of Scrumpy, thought it was soft drink,, I was a very sick lad for a few days
Judys just informed me her tipple was Cold Duck, followed by Pimms no 1,

Just the words Cold Duck make me feel sick I drank it once and spent alot of time with my head in the toilet. The only thing that helped was a trip to the dentist the next day the gas did wonders. I was 17 at the time. My friends and I used to drink Blackberry Nip it was cheap and sweet.

If the subject has changed to drinks the best by far is what I first tried, the containers were great to feel, tasted good, always warm to drink, nice to look at, come in different sizes and shapes.

Dam but it's been a long time between drinks as they say.

When in doubt form a committee, and if all else fails, call a meeting. And then there's the meeting after the meeting. Need I go on.

The diversification, and the freedom to contribute is what I find stimulating in a very friendly atmosphere. We all have travel in common, but that's about where the similarity stops.

And viva la difference!

I have found other forums quiet difficult to get around in. Not as user-friendly as Nomads.

I consider myself lucky to have found this site, and all the acquaintances I have "met" and met.

Keep up the friendly banter, with a hint of useful advice to share. Chris

Yes the speaker speaks all the time, calls the members to orderm maintains discipline....

Well Granny meetings are the alternative to actually doing the job, the smart operators call meetings so that the blame can be laid at the feet of those at the meeting....
