It's a bit hard when you only have one, but I'd put it on the van back window. You can then "fly" the grey ribbons on the car aerial. Good luck with that decision, and happy travels. Cheers Chris

They are working, caught a couple taking details down from mine at the TUGGERANONG HYPERDOME on Friday. They ran away when I asked them what they were doing.....

Sue's stickers arrived here thanks. I was on the road when they arrived, I had given Bob's sticker to Sue when we met up a few weeks ago. Spoke with Sue about where to sent the other sticker. So all is well with the stickers.
For all of you lovely Nomads out there, I have put my sticker on the back right hand side window of my van, so you can all see it as we pass. Lots of waves please, am happy to stop and chat, love to, will look forward to it.
Hey Mon, don't forget the grey ribbon. I got some of that silver stuff you usually wrap presents in and put about half a dozen onto the aerial. It even went through the car wash this morning and survived a trip from Ulladulla to Wagga to Sydney and back home. cheap as chips and you can replace it regularly if you want as there is plenty on the large rolls.
Haven't seen any stickers or ribbons in our travels yet.
I have one sticker on the back of Fred (tug) one on the back of Freda (van) and one in the top middle of the windscreeen of Fred too. Surely can't miss all that.

Ma, I did get the silver ribbon, you know who picked it out (Bob) , it was not my first choice but I never argue with my man (innocent look), anyway we bought this ribbon but it frayed the first time I drove a decent distance, 18 kms, I kept trimming it but got sick of that and end up throwing it away, I gave the excess to Sue, lol, hows it going Sue, fraying, I bet.
No I havent seen any stickers or ribbons either, just arrived home and I did roughly 2,000 kms, where are all you guys. I do the one thumb wave thingie at all the vans and caravans but just get blanks looks, one guy gave me the two finger salute, I stopped thumbing after that. Quite hurt I was.
Hi People, did any of you try knotting the ends of the Ribbon? That should stop any fraying I would think.
Saw a 4W- Drive vehicle [with no Van behind] as I was going South on the Roundabout at Goondiwindi Wednesday of last week [24th.], with Grey Ribbons on the antenna. Cheers, xina.
I tied about six lengths of that silver ribbon that you can pick up in "Go-Lo" or the $2 shop for next to nothing - they type you wrap around a present and then curl the ends.
Put it on in Wagga, went to Sydney, back to Ulladulla, over to Canberra and back to Ulladulla. Quite a few miles. No fraying, not stitching - still as good as new.
Ma

Welcome to Nomads Lindsay and Sue. I'm sure our mistress will forward your stickers to you in due course. It really is great to be associated with a "team" of fellow travellers who become friends on line and on the road. Safe and happy travels. Cheers Chris
