I sent an online query to Thetford yesterday afternoon (Sun) looking for a spare part for my toilet. 9am this morning they rang, advised what to look for for and how to fix. No joy, part broken. They are sending at no cost a replacement part express post even tho toilet is out of warranty.
ah now thetford are a very reliable and fantastic company, our old slurpy must be twenty plus years old, I emailed about a part and received a phone call the same day as to how to go about repairing the little feller
I wonder if they will send you some free chemicals as well....

Speaking of customer service I received some great service in the last week. I ordered last Thursday a CB radio bundle from Prestigecom in Perth. Ordered online, received an email confirmation of the order, this was at 1530. Unit to be delivered by courier. Next morning, 1000 Friday a knock at the door, a ring on the doorbell actually, there stands a courier person with my CB radio bundle in his hand. Now that is not bad,less than 24 hours from order to receipt. Credit where it is due.
