Have a sqizz at some of these. the reversing setup looks good as does a few of the other gadgets....The stuffed screw removers are good, bought a set last time they had them!

do you know if the reversing cameras are 'do it yourself' or is an auto electrician required?

 Mate If I can do it you should be able to do it. Monitor clips to exisiting mirror and cable can be easily hidden under roof lining, down door pillar etc....Maybe easier to run a wire from the reversing lights (for the "reverse on" function) rather than try and find the switch on the gearbox especially as you have to run wire for the camera on the rear of the vehicle. It will take you maybe a day to do it depends on the car, when I did this to the Kia I discovered after prising up some plastic trim there was a duct for the wiring anyway....
This one has a screw on camera which is easier to mount than the through hole type....

will have alook at them,always wanted one but thought they were too expensive and needed to be fitted professionly. At the Aldi price, the worst i can do is muck it up.

..  I think those 'rear-vision' cameras are a great idea .. you can always tell if the missus is really pushing properly .. you know .. when your bogged .. etc .

Yep, even though you may be able to get one via Ebay cheaper

it is tedoius when it goes thumbs down trying to get the problem fixed where as @ ALDI you just walk in and ask.....
 I think that is a cracker price actually.
DON'T FALL FOR WIRELESS, just too much interference around.... I helped a mate who insisted that wireless was best fit one and I had the last laugh.... They went down to the snowy mountains trout fishing at some secluded spot and found another young couple there who had a wireless video/cd/dvd set up and it broadcast the "erotic" movie they were watching onto mates wireless reversing cam monitor.....
his wife who is a reincarnation of Queen Victoria was not amused....

Next Thrusday ALDI have 2.2Kva Gerberators on sale, 4 stroke, $299....But if you buy one don't tell the anti generator thought police no
 Oh they also have smart white Bedside tables @$49, I've been told I have to get 2......
Bought a you beaut coilly hose today and potting mix....
Ah well back to laying carpet tiles....
