mmm - methinks that someone was asleep during geography class

I note the article " NO free For All " on the Nomad home page states .... ' It seems like our friends across the Bass Strait ".... referring to an article on NZ camping issues

Last time I was in NZ I had to cross the Tasman Sea - didnt go over Bass Strait smile.gif))

Keep reading and enjoy your perfection.

Ahaa! So our cunning plan has worked. Congratulations to Kiwi Angler for being the first to spot our deliberate mistake on the Nomad. New Zealand does of course lie across the Tasman Sea, not the Bass Strait, as stated. The decision to put in incorrect information was taken at the highest level in order to check out exactly who was paying attention to our words of wisdom. So, once again congratulations to Kiwi Angler.  The experiment was so successful that we may well be making another deliberate mistake again at some stage in the future. Please read your Nomad closely each and every day. The first to spot the next error will receive a free Grey Nomad sticker (whether they want one of not!) Thanks, guys.

Actually I do camp - have done for many years not sure where or how you could deduce from my 1 post that I didnt

Sometimes mistakes ARE made - and sometimes mistakes are CORRECTED

Never said I was perfect

You obviously didnt take into consideration the smiley smile.gif face at the end of my message

You have a good day smile.gifsmile.gif

Hi ibbo,

how did you get DICKEY passed the  censor. I  had trouble with ****PIT ( ie C O C K P I T) when posting a joke to the just joking forum.

Jim

The asterisks are the censor's, not mine.

Don't know what to say to that. Had it all figured out till you corrected yourself..................Now I'm not so sure.! hehehehe

I think the Dickey is still there.......it was the other two things I had, that the wife ripped out.

Anyway .......it may come as a warning to Jim........Always check before you rip something out. LOL

acording to my little GPS - It states when you put in New Zealand - First head for Tasmania then sharp LEFT - continue on for 2 days then sharp left again..........

So it is in Bass Strait.... Dont believe everything you read in an Atlas.
