Great pics Dave. You must have walked miles getting them, in the heat, dust and salvation jane.   Not much shade out there, but I love the old houses and the rainwater tank. Looks like a great use for derelict farmhouses.  And a little revenue when all else fails. Very resourceful.
Was the power only to the house?

Hey Granny..and Davo.......this trip was the one I was to take grandkids on........thank goodness they didnt go.....was very warm.....and flies were thick........yep no shade except under veranda of a totally rebuilt 100 year old homestead...the other buildings....are going to be rebuilt as bunk houses and its going to be turned into a camp for school kids so the owner says...we all are independent for power.......though it was available if needed....the yabbie dams were 7klm away...cost$$$ to stay there....was about $10 per car per night..we had full use of the homestead.........full modern kitchen.....2 bathrooms.....any interested.in the CamperTrailer Group....pm me.for details.
