Like dave06, I wouldn't mind it either.

I had a 1953 Ford Ute with a flat head V8. Pulled like a train in top gear from any speed above walking pace.
6.8 to 1 compression if I remember correctly.
Smooth as, but thirsty.

At Nooriootpa Caravan Park in SA they have a 1930's approx motorhome made by a German Ozzie to take his family around Oz, it is in a garage with glass walls for viewing just inside the main gate (Top Tourist Park). Sometimes it is opened by a volunteer tourist guide so the public can have a better view. Well worth seeing.

In a NRMA mag a few editions back there was a T- model with a chapel built onto the chassis . Used by a preacher as a mobile church back in the 20 30's will track the pic down

How beautiful is that Ford. I keep telling my 4 sons (all Holden nuts) that Fords can last the distance. biggrin
