I spoke to Russell at the Mudgee Caravan Park and told him to expect calls from those of us who will be going to the Meet Up from the 3rd May.
He has reserved, at this stage, 7 powered sites and has offered a further discount of 10% for those of you who tell him you are either with the Grey Nomads or the Aussie Baby Boomers.

If you are certain that you will be attending, might I suggest that you ring him when you can to make sure of your site.
For those who are unable to finalise your plans till later I'm sure there will be more than enough sites, even though only 7 are reserved at this stage, as this Park has lots and lots of sites of all sorts, oh and cabins as well if you know anyone without a van at the moment.

The Flinders Ranges one is next year 2011. That is if that's where they decide to have it. I don't think the decision as to venue for 2011 has been made yet.
