Handed in my notice today so come 25th Feb I will be unemployed.
The next phase of our life starts 1st March when we hit the road permanetly.

If you had to give a month notice then you had a better job than I ever had in my life!

The last time I worked for an employer the most I needed was a week notice, but that was mid 80's.

Good onya for taking the plunge, I am sure you will not regret it.  Life is too short to be worrying "what if" etc.

Know the feeling. Tomorrow is Ted's last day of employment. As of Wednesday we are free agents.  Wooohooo!!!!!  Taking a week off from getting the van and house ready and heading to Mildura.   Friends are amazed at how brave we are.  We just reply '  Who knows whats going to happen tomorrow  - so lets do it today'clap.gif
