1.  In the main window click on REPLY (or Start a New Topic)

2.  Enter your text message as normal

3.  At the bottom of the window (you may have to scroll down) check the Attach Image(s) checkbox ... The window now expands and the File Upload box appears

4.  Click on Browse to find the picture file(s) you wish to attach. When done click on File Upload. The file will now upload, this may take a little while depending on the size of the file(s).

5.  When the upload finishes the following message will appear just above the file upload box: Attached: (filename).jpg [Remove] [Insert]

Either:

Ignore the message and click on Submit Post when ready.... the file will appear as an attachment to the post

OR:

Click on [Insert] .... Then click on OK in the dialogue box that appears.   The picture will now appear in the body of your text message ...click on Submit Post when ready
