front page of the "nomad" if you have your browser set to jump straight to the forum then go to your search bar and type in grey nomads, it will take you to the "cover page" it's on the right top!
I'm not sure I understand the purpose of the mail bag when would have thought most issues and queries are dealt with on the forum. Is it another forum?

No, its certainly not intended to be another forum, Granny. During the course of the week, we receive many emails - often reactions to our daily Nomad stories. Previously, there has not been an outlet for us to display the contents of these emails and to give a general feel for your collective mood on a given topic. As you know, many people who visit the site are not necessarily forum members and are certainly not all forum posters. This new feature also gives them a voice. We dont see this new feature as affecting the forum at all. It is simply a fun new addition which will hopefully entertain and enlighten. We hope you enjoy it.
I for one applaud the idea of placing contributers responses to our little front page blurb! I think it is a great thing, I amongst many others enjoy reading the front page news, it is always enlightening, informative and on the money! it is a good thing to see what some of the responses are, as has been said many do not post nor are members in here but are nomads
