Please explain why it is detrimental the forum. If you paste "Dave06" in to the search function and you produce 128 threads he has posted in. If you go to one of his replies you will see there is a total of 2572 still existing in the forum. (I take it that the search function in this forum is like that in many forums - it is only capable of producing a limited number of finds.)
Someone suggested that he should have only deleted any personal information from his profile and left the remnants here. The result is the same, we can gather nothing from his profile. So it does not matter if a skeleton was left behind or not, newcomers can not gather info about him.
As I see it, this is just a storm in a tea cup. All his contributions, apart from the ones Cindy has deleted as being out of place, are still on the forum. Nothing has been taken from the threads and the continuity of the threads have not been spoilt.
