Big Adventure

I'm going on a big adventure on Saturday, I'll be taking plenty of water, medications, some food rations etc.  Need to make sure when you don't know "whats around the corner" and what problems one can incur when venturing into these places!

Where am I going for one day that requires such contingencies?...Bush Bashing?  Off road adventure?   NO!... On the bloody F3 to Sydney!

You must have been looking at my av pretty closely!  It's only the outer decorative hub cap that's missing.  The cap on the wheel bearing is ok.   Each year I get a service done on the camper in conjunction with the rego inspection that includes wheel bearing replacement

Methinks some interstate (other than NSW) forumsters may be missing my sarcasm. I'm alluding to the debacle on the F3 (Sydney Newcastle Freeway) the other day when a serious accident held up north-bound traffic for up to 12 hours. The accident occurred before midday but the morons that infest the RTA did not commence to implement procedures to clear the traffic for over 6 hours. The CMO (Chief Moronic Officer) of the RTA (Roads and Traffic Authority) has since been "stood aside" pending an investigation.

Another by-product of a state run by the worst government since William Bligh and the Rum Rebellion. (even then at least Bligh was trying to clean up corruption).

Yes I am going down to Sydney for the Caravan Show (from Newcastle) but in the normal course of events that should be simple 2 hour (+) drive down the freeway.

We've got a Bligh running the state of Qld (I believe she's related to William too) and I'm not too sure that she has such a good handle on things either.
