The Bundaberg Saga #2

Morning All,

What a saga!!!  The repairer here in Bundaberg was very good, but told us that it would be next Monday before we could get our car back - so we organised a rental car and off we set to check out this great area, only to get a phone call about 5 hours later that our car was ready!!! Seems that some bolts near/around the flange have come loose and hence the 'spray' of oil everywhere.

However, it is a relief to know that it was not too serious, and we can finish out short break in peace. Asking too much?? Yep.... having a couple of friends over last night for a roast pork dinner, and all the lights decided they would go on strike!!! Heaven knows why, but this morning all are working - must be something to do with the battery we think. Hubby is wondering if we are not meant to be here!! Got to wonder myself too.

No, we are not heading home early - we will stand up and fight Murphy (?) to have the right to stay here and enjoy the rest of our break!

Hopefully our next 'adventure' in July will not be quite so manic!!!  Mind you the red wine has helped.
