We leave Darwin in the morning and are heading south again this time to Katherine.
We are staying at the Big 4 on the low level if anyone is in the area PM me and we'll catch up at happy hour.
Caught up with Firefly and the other half last night when they returned from their trek into the Kimberleys. They sure do have some tales to tell.
Unfortunately we didn't catch up with anyone else while we were here. Probably all busy crocodile watching and going to the markets........which are great.
Safe trips all nomads on the road and look forward to catching up somewhere along the road.
Hi Ma sounds like your having a ball !! and why not. Minus 5c here at North Richmond last week, bet your missing the crisp weather. PLease pass on our regards to JRH and Irona if you catch up with them, they must be up there somewhere by now. Stay safe and travel easy.

Thought we would have caught up with them by now John but I don't have a contact for them and I don't think they travel with a computer. If you hear from them tell them we are in Katherine for about 3 days from tomorrow.
Thanks
Elaine

Have stayed at the Low Level a few times but not recently, nice park. Didn't need power so was able to take advantage of the large open space available for unpowered camping. Edith Falls worth a visit in addition other places mentioned elsewhere on the forum.
I stayed at the park on the west entrance to town with the hot springs out the back gate. Beautiful spa-like hot water rush. It's great to hear about your travels. Keep up the good work. C U in Cairns soon.
