Turbo diesel vapours on caravan

Hi all, I am posting this on behalf of hubby who is not so comuter savvvy with forums.  We are nearly ready to buy toyota cruiser turbo diesel but he has just asked me to check if there are any issues or how to deal with the diesel fumes/vapour and do they damage caravan when towing?  cheers

If the exhaust pipe exits directly from the rear of the car you may get some black oily residue on the front of the van, depending on the condition of the motor.
I have had the exhaust pipe redirected 45deg to exit to the side near the rear, this works ok for me.

Just give the front of the van a coating of a good quality wax polish.
This prevents any staining and allows for ease of cleaning of tar, bugs, road grime and diesel exhaust.
Just remember to reapply after each clean.

Cheers
