Have just read a facebook post from 'The Great Aussie Roadtrip'. Many will find this interesting.
'Did you know that in many places you can not just snap a photo and sell, or put it into the public domain (i.e: website/blog) without PAYING first! Any photos taken in National Parks MUST have the appropriate permissions/permits and would you believe places like Parliament House, Sydney Harbor, Bondi Beach, Ularu, and way too many other iconic Aussie locations!'
I'm with you too Ma, I take photos when and where I like. But I am very careful to make sure young children I don't know are not in view at the time. Don't want to be accused of something I have no knowledge of.
This country bends over backwards all day every day to please all other nationalities at the same time they strip away every right or freedom we ever had. What happened to the free country? nothing is free any more & get very little for what we pay for.

Its getting the same everywhere. I am a keen photographer and I used to take photographs of anything and everywhere. After all, its just a picture of what you see with your eyes. They will be charging us (or banning us) from looking at things next. Common sense dictates that if we were going to use pictures for illegal purposes, we are not going to take them in public for everyone to see.
