Time will [ eventually ] heal the hurt, so dwell on the good times you had with Ben, You gave him a wonderful life and and he appreciated it, and is now enjoying Doggy Heaven,
Best of luck mate !! dazren

That's a beautiful Urn Milo.  You'll have him with you always, along with all the great memories.

Cheers,
Sheba.

Milo,

After reading your posts and looking at your website I felt the tears welling as I was thinking of two best mates I lost earlier in the year, a mini foxie / chihuahua cross and then 3 months later a chihuahua - both went quickly and both around 13 years old.

Dogs, no matter what size, are indeed great mates to have, giving unconditional love and always there to talk to and share cuddles.

Didn't think I would ever get another dog but here I am now with a sydney silkie / foxie cross with the biggest brown eyes curled up on my lap. Got her from the local pound.

Milo it does take time but time does heal the hurt. Although another dog will never replace Ben it will definately soften the hurt and will also be a great companion. When you return from UK make finding another mate a priority.

Lots of caring and understanding people on this forum - chin up and keep posting.

Regards
John
