Hylda and John, So these suction type towel rails stay on ok while you are travelling, on the outside? Might have to look at those.

Sorry Ma, I normally would have commented quicker but we were camped in a national park without TV, phone or internet for nearly a week

I mentioned in my post that we stick them in the shower cubicle in the van when traveling
I doubt they could handle the bumps & wind if on the outside when travelling
