While I agree with the overall sentiments expressed in that article and the comments posted I feel that the way it's been written has grossly over-hyped the issue.
This is a safety issue there are lot of people buying vechiles and first thing they do is modifications ' I thought it was already law that all modifications had to have transport department approval in Queensland
Mick if you change anything structural lowing or raising body, new seats ,wheels if the work is done by qualified mechanic they have to apply for approval from the transport department if approve they give you a label which if fitted to the modification , police are very skilled at picking up unapproved modifications , this is make sure we are all safe from doggie modifications
