The driver wouldn't be able to see where he/she was going in that position..confuse

Also it would be a bit exposed with one side cut out..confuse

Does that word have anything to do with Telstra(telstraphobic)?

claustrophobic  (klstrfbk, kls-) [Click for IPA pronunciation guide]
adj
1. suffering from claustrophobia
2. unpleasantly cramped, confined, or closed in: narrow claustrophobic spaces

Unpleasant..yes, I guess that would go for Telstra too.  laughing.gif

Yes, the storage is fantastic and conveniently numbered too.
I wonder what the fold up yellow bit is on the back, looks like an extra mattress.

Saw a lady in WA recently, she was travelling around Oz and had converted her Hyundai Getz into a small campervan (bed on one side) complete with awning.
It was all her own work and she had converted it herself with a bit of clever thought. Travelled all the way from Qld at that stage. I did get a couple of pic's but it was with a throw away camera, so when I get it developed I'll see if I can copy the pics so I can post them here.

Thats interesting, would be smaller than mine. I don't feel so bad now.

Was looking at buying a Getz before I decided I still wanted a campervan. I'm basically having to do the same as her for set up etc.

I figured some-one might be able to adapt an idea or two from this Pic. for their own use.

Cheers,

It looks like a gopher modification. You'd have to plug it in to charge the battery, unless it had a 2 stroke or similar.
Does it have aircon?
I can't imagine camping in it in the tropics at any time of the year, nor in a cold climate in the winter.
Perhaps if you got the sh!ts with the nursing home and you ran away it would be useful. LOL

Hi Happy. I'm ok still waiting for the new job to start.
In the mean time I've started a new garden near my site in the Bolivar Park.
I've also entertained Bobb when he called in on his way back to Qld.
You just never know where GN will turn up. Woomera, Adelaide, anywhere.
They're everywhere! Everywhere!
