well guys as ive mentioned before my hubby wont take a holiday due to our owning our own business and i understand that .
however i do understand that we could be here today gone tomorrow so i took the libertyof booking a flight to cairns in december we leave on thursday guess we are lucky to be going cos i thought it might get blown away.
but alas they tell me its not so bad, so we leave thur morning at 7.30 am on the plane and get there 9.30 am so got all day ,then we will be on a tour to cooktown on friday morning lunch inthe lions den hotel (which i have been to four times now )but hubby has never been.
its a four wheel drive short sorta coach lookin thing, but he doesnt know ive booked a small plane to bring us back over the ocean so that will be different hey?
then saturday is free time, sunday is kuranda ,monday freetime again and we would of had tuesday till 3.30 but they rang today said they had to cancel the plane and that we had to take 12 forty of 7pm well 7pm was too late as we have to book out of our room at 10am so we are taking the 12 noon ,by the way hubby knows none of this he only knows we are going away so how cool is that .
by the way he freaked out when i said we were goin away and too bad ive booked it ,i said five days he said FIVE DAYS loudly and i said yes dear two of them are a weekend so its all good , hes actualy quite excited now so wish us luck its a start hey .
when we sell this viable business one day we will be able to do a lot more.

Have a great time Glassies You are right, we all need to enjoy life and arn't we lucky that we have this amazing country to explore. Just last week I booked our Easter break, we are going to Sydney, never been there and looking forward to it. My husband is similar, although after some awakenings over the last few years he has realised that it is great that he is healthy and able to work but that we need a balance. Cheers
too right sandra thanks for the well wishes ,enjoy sydney as they call it the rat race but if youve never been you have to experience it , i was raised in the west of sydney place called homebush cant handle the place at all now but for a first time you will enjoy it the opera house the bridge are all amazing places and if you can get time dont miss taronga zoo its an amazing zoo one of the best i say.
