Buying an RV or Bus where is the best place to get one???

We are contemplating moving back to Oz but with a view to buying a Bus or RV of some description. As the subject matter asks where is the best place to go as I have know doubts you blokes will have sussed out the good from the bad. Also the state thats best to buy a bus. We live the other side of the world at the moment but her indoors is giving me earache regarding Grandchildren but I do not want to live in Brisbane again, so we are contemplating becoming Nomads.
Any advice would be greatfully received.

Hi Alan an Wendy and welcome,

You could try this link for starters, also click on the members market tab as well as the marketplace tab shown, see;

http://www.cmca.net.au/pages/marketplace/index.php

Also, if you google Australian RV or Motorhome Sales that will bring up a number of sites in different States to look at.

Good luck with your search and decisions.

Welcome to you way out there in the Canary Islands. The internet is a wonderful thing. It's brought you here.
If you aren't looking for a brand new one, former rental vehicles can be a viable option. They are usually only 2 or 3 years old, have been well maintained, with low mileage on the clock.
Brisbane seems to be one place where these vehicles are available, but I suppose most of the cities would have some sort of resale arrangement.
Whatever you end up with, safe and happy travels to you.
