Hi Terry,

As you know Toowoomba had floods in the town recently and some accomodation may have been affected.   Suggest googling Toowoomba
Accomodation to see what is still in use and also Toowoomba Floods to see what was affected in town by the floodwaters.

If you contact Toowoomba Council they should be able to tell you the current situation in regards to the Show Grounds.

Vic

Hi Chris & Terry
We did an antique fair at the Toowoombah show grounds last weekend and the grounds were not badly affected by the floods, one toilet block was out of action, that was about it
Driving from the Gold Coast we only had a couple of small traffic hold ups due to road repair, no hold ups going up the range road.
hope this helps
Regards peter

Thanks Vic & Pete, I am traveling through but have a funeral to attend so it is nice to get answers for somewhere to park up for a little while there.

Regards Terry

Hi Glassies
She was a intelligent beautiful natured dog she got liver cancer at 4 years old it broke my heart.
The antiques are our business I plan to travel around Aussie doing Fairs and markets to pay my way
My wife does not want to go so I will be one of the solo nomads, hopefully early next year.
