SheepDog Trials. (Front story)

I notice the latest story on the front of the site is about Sheep Dog Trials and the fact the Grey Nomads are starting to get involved with their own dogs and winning.

When I was a kid and would go to the A.P & I Shows I would spend hours watching the sheep dog trials. Had family who used to event in them. Still love them now, will go to the show just to watch them. Would be great to follow the shows around the country but don't think Punky would be much good at getting the sheep in the pen.
My dad used to show Clydesdales when I was a kid. Or his Fresians (spelt wrong) milking cows. Gosh thats a long time ago.

We too loved the sheepdog trial Marge. Did the same as you at the Shows. Do you remember that sheepdog trial show on Sunday nights where the dogs would take the sheep up the hill thru several sets of gates, The Handler would stay at the bottom and whistle the dog, excellent show
