I tend to use the insert feature as some computers dont show the small pics only as a blank square & red x.

hmm trying to see how it goes.

ok, to add that view image thing under your pic (think this is how it works)

when you type what you want to say in this part of the message

underneath is a box that says attatch image, tick that, then that comes up with

with file upload, and you can put a title where it says file name and below where it says browse, use that to choose your picture from your pcs hard drive or from and external hard drive, hope that works.. have a play around
