RE: end of the world

I was just talking about Christchurch with my Kiwi mate today. Apparently it's deserted. Anyone who's able to leave, has done so.

Re: Ukraine. My neice married a Ukrainian and from my sisters description of the country when  they went there for the wedding, it really is like it was here in the 50's. It was a real eye opener for all of them!

I hope it's not going to end soon - I haven't got time to prepare properly - need to stock up on red, sparkly, avocado dip, clean the lawn bowls, clean the house - after all have to leave it nice, no knowing who might see it!!!!!!!

I fail to see the point of this whole thread, especially on a caravan/RV forum

It's just silliness/light hearted chatter. Who says the threads have to be about caravan/RV's?

Is it like leaving the house clean when you go away, only to find it burnt down when you return?
All that charcoal and soot and the smell of smoke. The curtains and the floors were clean when I shut the door to leave.
Or, leaving the caravan to stay with friends to sit out a cyclone then returning to find leaf shrapnel in every nook and cranny of everything, and a large mahogany tree lying across the van.
Natural disasters gave me an odd feeling - "It's not like I left it."
The changes are hard to compute in my tiny mind.
So what preparations does one make for the end of the world?

When I was a lad my mother always said "Make sure you've brushed your hair and got clean underwear on, because you never know what may happen!!"

"Like what?" I would ask, She would reply "You may be in an accident."  I always thought if I was in an accident it didn't matter what condition my underware started in, It would end up the same.....   disbeliefdisbelief biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Can anyone tell me the prophecies for 2013?

The Ancient script on the pillar in India over 2500 years ago show that there will be Metteya (Read) or Metteyya (write) or Maitreya (or the Messiah or other last divine representatives as indicated by various other world religions prophecies) who will help people to have peace at the present time till the end of the world. If people do not pay attention there will be fire falling from the sky and land will sink into the sea. Buddha foretold about the great inundation and conflagration that are indicated to happen in 2013 AD

. New form of painless tooth extraction, using a type of suction, with immediate replacement of new tooth.
7. Diagnostic chambers which map the body's electrical balance to predict health problems before the come.
10. No more surgery with knives. Some type of molecular ionization device that knows how to take out the afflicted cells then seal the wound without a single scar.
14. People will be able to simply "walk out" of their bodies upon death.
