A mate of mine has this problem and uses the "space helmet" with great success. It's quieter than the snoring and you get to wake up every morning.

My husband has sleep apnoea Cowboy. He wears a face mask with a CPAP machine, and he gets great nights' sleep - so do I just quietly. He's had it since 2004. What do you want to know about it, and I'll do my best to answer your questions based on how my husband was and is now, and the unit he uses.
