But who's counting, started out at Gold Coast, been to St George stayed a friends property for a couple of days, camped at Bollon free camp for 1 night, lovely spot right beside the river, lots of room and all new concrete walkways being put in for us travellers.
Then through Cunamulla to Thargomindah for 2 nights at caravan park, nearly all drive through sites, TV reception great and also plenty of phone and internet with Telstra, a really great park $25 a night. Then we went to Nockundra just a pub and a population of 4, plenty of tourists dropping in and had a great afternoon there, freecamped by the river across the road another lovely spot.
Have been in Quilpie for 2 days, they have a great information center and seem very RV friendly. Plenty of people like us travelling out here at the moment and the weather is great.
Wish I was in outback Qld now Pauline but still in Perth & very cold start to the day this morning. Hopefully we will start heading east next Mon. Western Qld is such a great place to travel around so have a great time Cheers
