Have  just spent several nights at these places, BOLLON lovely spot, NUCKANDRA another lovely spot, COOPERS CREEK just the best, all free and very special, very welcoming to travellers.

Agree with those places Pauline .

The Qld. outback is a very special place . Cooper Creek and the Barcoo River . Just fantastic .

A lot of free campsites out there too .

 

HW , the places Pauline mentioned are all in Western Qld. .
