Not as fluffy as breadmaker bread or as risen but still very nice with soup .
Into a bowl put the ingredients you would usually put in the bread maker, activating the yeast in the warm water. Give a good stir to the blend ingredients, tip out onto bench and knead for a couple of minutes. Well grease or spray bowl of slow cooker, drop dough in and turn onto high.Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hrs.
I would probably let the rising process begin before putting it in the crock pot as I found it a bit dense but even so it was very nice. (especially with real farm butter!!)
