Mmm, my taste buds are salivating. Nuh, it's passed as my memories of a recent meal at the hotel next door to the park. Lambs fry it may have been once upon a time, but it was inedible. The texture of the meat was grainy and crumbly, and it left a bitter taste in the throat. Had to take it back and by that time all apetite for anything else had passed. The 2 glasses of wine helped towards changing the taste in my mouth. Another more pleasant memory was of the Pier Hotel in Pt. Lincoln. They did lambs fry and bacon to perfection. It's one of those meals you have to eat when it's freshly cooked. I don't know if it freezes very well. Enjoy HW.
