G'day today I used our new smoker to smoke some BBQ sausages using Hickory wood shavings and they were yummy ..So far we have tried fish  and chicken also yummy .......Thanks to blue who we met when we were at Moruya talking about smoking salmon convinced me to go out and buy one ..

Any suggestions on how to smoke different foods and what are good wood shavings to use ..Cheers ...Bob..
