Happy Fathers Day to the blokes, and a happy fathers day to all the single mums out there. Some of them are not single by choice, and it might be the preferred option instead of putting up with a brain-twisting drunken abuser, or even a sober in-control one.
I was one of those so I used to buy myself presents for fathers day.
One year it was a wheelie bin, another year a cordless drill.

My fathers day was spent working on the Camper trailer,( a few mods before the next trip) Originally was going out with Syl for a morning breakfast, but that didnt happen. She had to work ( is a disabilities support worker). Around lunchtime my youngest son and his girlfriend dropped in with a small gift and card. Helped me with the trailer and mowed the lawns. The other 3 sons, havent heard from them. Kids!

The short of it is that, I had a good day, achieve quite a bit and had some time with son Sam.
