A 90-year-old driver was allegedly so drunk that she almost hit two police officers who tried to pull her over late last night.
Around 10:15pm, police in Batemans Bay were conducting random roadside breath testing.
It is alleged that as police tried to direct the woman into the breath testing site, she had difficulty controlling her car, and almost hit two police officers.
The woman was then tested, and recorded a blood alcohol concentration of .230 - more than four times the legal limit.
She was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station for a breath analysis - however she was unable to provide a sample after three attempts.
The woman was charged with failing to supply a breath analysis and driving under the influence.
She will face court next month
