Well another hard day at the office. Great sunny day sitting by the river watching the ducks & bird life its hard to take.

Around this time last week we were at Bingara too.  It is a lovely spot and it was first in best dressed when we were there.  thank goodness we got there early in the day

 Yeah, I was there too on New Year's Day this year.  Pulled up in the park by the bridge for a bit of a rest for a few hours and then had a bit of a look around before departing.

Found the big old tree on the bank rather fascinating.

Bingara as a whole is a lovely spot but in particular the camp ground where Davkar, Jonothan, Blue and I were.

Just far enough out of town but then at the same time close enough and the traffic of the main highways is waaaaaaaaaaay down the end of the road too.

Hi all you wanted some photo's of Bingara Gwyder River Camp it is 7 kms from the centre of town on the Copton Dam Rd well here you go, Also had a nice surprise from Johnathan who call in to out camp and said hello, But my dog head butted his leg with excitement (So sorry Johnathan) Hope you leg is ok and thank you for taking the time to stop.

Go past the bridge .. numerous places to camp further out .. within 5 k's ..  just me and a mate here .. no-one else in sight ..  off again in the morning ..

Here is one or two for you, we were there a month or so ago, a really pretty spot, free dump point in Bingra about 7km away

Not sure what you guys are on about.......just a shockin place to stay, overcrowded, flies, mozzies and water over the riverbanks.........waste of time I say !!!..........................just what I need next time to have the place to myself.

There was certainly a lot more water in the river when we were there three weeks ago.

They were evidently doing some work on the dam upstream and had to let a fair bit of water out from the bottom of the dam and boy oh boy was it cold.
