Just finished watching ACA and there was a follow-up on the story last week about the couple who could not get their tennants out of their home when they came back from their trip.

Apparently after ACA got involved, within 4 days the tennants were packing up and moving out - final inspection tomorrow. And the owners have vowed never to rent their property again.

Yep, I have to admit, I often shake my head at those programs, but that was one case where they did a great job.

i dont really watch those shows aca, today tonite, but i would have liked to see those stories,
but i guess some times it takes something like this for some things to happen..
