Home after 1st trip

Well I've arrived home after my very sucessful first trip spending most of my 6 months up in sunny far north Qld catching up with old friends and making some great new ones.   Takes a bit of getting used to having to do housework again after only having my little A'Van to keep clean for the past 6 months....certainly sends you crashing back to earth with a bang no

Anyway if any of you are passing through lovely Berwick in Vic on your travels please send me a message I would love to catch up for a coffee or something a little stronger at the lovely Berwick Pub smile

You didn't pass throught Echuca yesterday did you gilly. There was an AVan on the back of a white car parked behind the Aldi store when I parked there yesterday.
Great to hear you had such a successful trip. Was wondering where you had got to.

Can identify with the housework bit Gilly as can most of us other girls.  Walk in the door and it's work work work.

Glad you had a good trip and that you have arrived home safe and sound too.

We just might be over your way in March next year if you haven't taken off to places yet to be discovered.   Will let you know.

No it wasn't me me Marj I was going to go that way but the weather was so cold at the time I went the short way.  I've been home a couple of weeks now but would u believe I got a bout of food poisoning on my welcome home night out with a couple of friends, my poor son ended up taking me to the hospital late at night and I spent most of the night there while he slept outside in his car waiting for me poor bugger had to be at work by 6am......what a great son I have smile

I can relate to that one gillyb. I picked up a nasty bug on my way home in July. Took weeks to get over it.
