Dometic automatic awining on a 24foot Traveller.

My electric awning will not wind in electrical. The motor is working but will not roll the awning in. Is there some sort of roll pin that could be broken. Thanks in advance.

Darling you may find the gears are stripped. Darling was an issue on Jayco's and Jayco replaced the gears with improved gears under warranty.
