Hi Pauline, I know they changed the format for PMs yesterday. Maybe they haven't quite got it right yet. PM Cindy, maybe she can help you.

I know this is a silly question but how do we PM Cindy...............

Look for Webmaster. You will find it by Search at the top and in lots of other places. Then you will see she has a profile just like us, scroll down in that to where it says to PM her.

Where is it actually showing up Pauline? I can't work it out from mine as not happening there.

In the square up top right corner where it tells you if you have any PM's just below your name...........but it won't go away.

I think it is left over from the change, well at least in my case it is.

I think I have accessed all my messages and apologise to anyone who may have pm'd me if I have not responded.

I am pretty sure I have got all my messages too...........but there is always the thought you may have missed one.

Apologies for the problem, I can understand why it would be annoying. I've written to our forum hosts to let them know what's going on so hopefully they'll be able to sort it out soon.
