The Bradley Wolf Braeve Haert Retreat near Agnes Waters Qld

Has anyone stayed here? #112 CAW 6. I'd like to know if it's as nice as it sounds.

Thanks glassies.

We're looking for a spot for a GN get together in June next year.

I've always wanted to see the area, so this might be the time.

Haven't been there but been to Workman's Beach #114 in C.A.W. 6.  Nice spot above the beach.

I like the look of that too Jack Mac, but unfortunately, no caravans.

Depends on the size of your van.  I've seen 16/17 ft vans in there also motorhomes.  I had a Jayco motorhome(can't remember the model) beside me.  I don't know what people call large but to me it was a good size possibly 7m overall.  Also a hire motorhome that accommodated 2 adults and 2 or 3 teenagers, again not a small motorhome.

If you're in the area it's worth checking ou,t only a km or so out of town just past the police station on the left opposite a park.

Oh okay. I was only going by CAW Jack. It says 'small vehicles only, not suitable for caravans.'

I'll keep it mind, but I'm not in the area,,,I'm in Logan. Thanks Jack.

That was changed in August this year Beth.  $5.50 per head. Cold showers only.

See the link.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Thanks Sheba, should have realized you'd know the area.

I'd love to go to a NP blaze, but I'm trying to keep our doggy lovers in mind.

I've only put this topic on general to attract attention.

Check 'get togethers' for more discussion.

Didn't know Workmans' Beach existed Beth.  Lived at Baffle Creek years ago, and then there was only Agnes Water, and 1770.

I just Googled it.  Was most surprised to see where it is.

Haven't Googled the Brave Heart retreat yet.  Might do that now.

Cheers,

Sheba.

The Bradley Wolf retreat is new to me too Beth.  Looks and sounds OK though. Reasonably cheap, and most importantly, Pet Friendly.

Cheers,

Sheba.
