had to bite the bullet and replace my 2G (a real dinosaur) phone today and the service from the lady in the Telstra shop in Whyalla was fantastic

a welcome tale of good service from Telstra & Telstra Shops. It is a long way from balancing the scales in my opinion, but it is good to hear someone is working for our benefit, (customers), & not just theirs.
