ROFLOL Bigpond don't change the cost/price. When you no longer comply with the terms and conditions http://go.bigpond.com/wireless/4gb/ your plan goes up either $39.95 or $49.95. The BigPond Multiple Product Benefit and BigPond Member Benefit are outside of your Bigpond 24 month contract. If you look at your account you will see the cost/price is $49.95 and receive a $20 credit as a Telstra Reward for meeting the conditions. Once the conditions change you no longer receive the credit. The cost/price of your Bigpond remains the same $49.95.
