Could I get advice on how, when and why to use the "Private message" and "Whiteboard" components which become available when I open my profile (or anyone else's as well). Responses might comment on both incoming and sending applications.
Private message is if you want to send someone a message that you don't want others to see. eg perhaps giving them your phone number for some reason.To use the Private Message herein called PM you click on the PM under their name in their profile. When you receive on you will get a notification under your name at the top right of page when you come into the forum.
I don't get the point of Whiteboard and don't use it.
