Sheba, Chilli Beach, Cape York. Not sure how it's spelt. Loved loved loved that spot.

Years since I was there last.  Just around the corner from Portland Roads.  Did you know Restoration Island was where Bligh got fresh water on his way to Indonesia after the Bounty Mutiny ?

Cheers,

Sheba.

Frangipani Bay, of the John Williamson song. Yes, there's a lot of really beautiful beaches on the Cape.

I don't know about roaming around naked though. Might scare the fish away! biggrin

Walking along the the passage side of Bribie Island in SE Qld, now I know why we keep coming home, and as we come across the bridge after a fabulous trip wherever, we 'let out' what is called 'The Bribie Sigh'!!

Have to agree with Chilli Beach and Portland Roads, magnificent.

Other favourites are Lawn Hill, Atherton, Cooktown, karijini........ but a very favaourite is anywhere from  from Pemberton to Cape Arid in WA, the magnificent trees, the aqua blue seas, white beaches and whales.

cheers

Glenda

Yep, I love the Atherton Tablelands too. Malanda is a favourite hangout as I have old friends there.
