Mrs Kiwi-as here. We plan to be at Gympie in May so will see you there Happy Wanderer
Mr.Kiwi back, bit the bullet yesterday and got Clearview mirrors. After reading the posts earlier on the subject, took all the advise on board . Cargo barrier and rear wheel carrier being installed along with a service early March. Just got to install rear view camera and exterior aerial for Telstra phone . Probably get those done as we are out vanning.

We pick the caravan up tomorrow morning. Then have to stock it and load all our gear on board . Will probably not get away till sometime Friday, not quite sure exactly to where yet. Sorry cant do any photos from the IPad.
You are doing well Kiwi-As. Won't be long and you will be out there trying to decide which way to turn that wheel when you hit the highway. Hope to see you at Gympie in May.
Hey Mr n Mrs Kiwi-as, see you're getting set. Those rear view camera's are great we have one too. Look forward to seeing you guys at Gympie. Hopefully.
Did not make it away today, awning was not finished yesterday, and caravan yard rang this morning it was finished. Admittedly I had asked for some last minute changes. Parked the van in by the buildings last night night and a wire from the Anderson Plug pulled out, had not been crimped properly at the factory in Melbourne. So took van back today and now all fixed. Started stocking it this afternoon, so will be off tomorrow for a shake down trip up Sunshine Coast, and then a few days crabbing at Wivenhoe Dam. Adventure Caravans have their own graphic vinyl Machine, so we now have a beutifull sticker on the back. What UHF numbers should I put on?
Tried UHF 18, which is supposed to be the caravan chanel but there was never anyone with their ears on so subsequently no information or even a chat so have decided to stay with 40.
At least with 40 you can get all the road information from the trucks or other vehicles using the same chanel.
We do switch to 29 when we are North of Newcastle NSW as this is the truck chanel for that area.
