RE: Surgeons report tuesday taken me this long to post

You've been thrown another hurdle to jump Della.  Run at at it full speed and clear it.

Some of us run a hurdles race where they seem to keep putting another obstacle on the track while other just get a clear run.

Don't ask me why because I don't have an answer but if we know that we are not running our race alone it's a heck of a lot easier.

Use the support of your ground crew (of which you have many) and go for it.

We're all behind you!!!!!!!!!   smilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmile

John, what about posting a new thread so everybody sees it. People may not look back. Just a thought.

I don't really know you Della but I sense from the other comments that you are one special lady. So our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sorry I missed my cue, but any time is a good time.
I can't even begin to put myself in your shoes. All I can do is wish you the best possible outcome so you can climb on board to hit the road with your health intact.
With the support of your family, and us, you can be strong.

Hi Della, The greatest thing you can do is keep your positive attitude - believe you will lick it! I have had surgery, radiation, hormone therapy and chemotherapy and still have positive marker results, but I am convinced that it won't get me, despite what the onco says. My GP is also convinced that I'll die with it rather than from it.

I have stuck my hand up to do clinical trials of new drugs, this has two benefits - the treatment is free and you get to try new drugs years before they go on the market. You always have the feeling that "this is going to be the one!" Nothing like it to keep the positives going!

Cheers

(Another) Graeme
