Herron Point near Mandurah WA

Been there John, good part about it is camping is free outside of the dates shown on the board.

I can't say I enjoyed the sulphur type smell in the air there though.

Nice shots! smile

Moved on to Herron Point, another Camps6 entry #262 and a good choice it is although the price of $10 with no pensioner discount was more than the National Parks rate. There are flushing toilets but no showers and the location is right on the estuary.
I was told when I moved in that there was good TV reception and up to now have not seen TV since Karrack Reach and before that was in Bushlands Caravan Park Esperance. In fact I have never seen TV in a cheap or free camp site in WA so this info was surprising. Even more surprising was receiving 25 channels plus 4 radio stations so at last my trusty Saturn antenna is doing the goods and I will be watching TV tonight. So many channels with no TV guide means that the EPG button will get a work out.
